Dr. Helia Eragi, DO

She used to be a good doctor, but has now become greedy all about the money, and how much she can make each visit. When a doctor puts profits ahead of the patient time to find a new doctor.

Dr. Eragi was very quick to get me in and out, not explain to me what condition I'm dealing with. I went to see her 4 different times with my condition not improving, in fact it got worse. Prescribed the same treatment every single time. I tried to call and get an explanation. Said she doesn't do anything over the phone and I would have to come in again ($75 copay). It's like she didn't care that I'm suffering. Had no interest in educating me on what is going on. Also their office staff, in general, is terrible.

Dr. Eragi is amazing! She has treated several people in my family for a variety of skincare issues. She is very caring and compassionate. She really took the time to listen to my concerns about my last outbreak. Upon closer examination, Dr. Eragi was able to diagnose my issue and provided a treatment plan for me. The medication she prescribed was perfect! My rash/hives were cleared up within a day. She is a professional and knowledgeable doctor and I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Eragi is the most AMAZING dermatologist I have ever met with. She knew exactly what I needed to make my skin look and feel fantastic again. My results are phenomenal. It's not easy finding such a sweet, down to earth board certified dermatologist, I am so lucky. I can't recommend her enough! Thank you Dr. Eragi for everything you have done for me! There is no way I can express how grateful I am to be your patient :)

I would not recommend her. It was the quickest dermatology examination I’ve ever had. Very impersonal.

The level of professionalism and quality of care provided here is nonexistent. The doctor I saw (Helia Eragi) was more concerned with making money and turning over patients than quality of care. The office manager, Janice couldn't be more terrible if she tried. When asking about the CPT code they used, I was told that I wasn’t charged for the doctors time, but the complexity of diagnosis. A diagnosis that was made by Helia Eragi before she even walked in the exam room and met me face to face, let alone LOOKed at my skin. I had to ASK Helia to look at my skin as she was ready to run out of the room after one minute. She didn't even touch me and appeared annoyed by my questions. Her “complex” diagnosis was not even correct, and I was prescribed a medication that did not work. My skin issue was never resolved and has left me back in square one with worse skin and no money to treat. I was informed by Janice that I would definitely be charged for a recheck if I returned. Not a chance.

I had a terrible rash, cuts, scratching and psoriasis on the back of my legs that no doctor could help (to date). It had lasted for years and gradually became so bad that it really hurt to walk. Dr. Eragi came up with a pharmaceutical and topical creme strategy that cleared it up within days. Now I feel completely normal. What a great doctor. Thank you very much.

I felt that the doctor and assistants etc were all very personable and helpful. I felt very comfortable and cared for.

I have been to many dermatologists and Dr. Eragi is one of the best. She puts you immediately at ease and is knowledgeable about all available skin treatments. I have sought treatment from her for everything from acne to allergic reactions to discoloration and her solutions always took care of the problem straight away. She is so great I even recommended that my mother come see her and she was highly satisfied with the care too! And Dr. Eragi does it all with a caring smile - I highly recommend!

I waited for over 30 minutes. She didn't take the time to listen to my complaints and prescribed something that didn't work very well.
