Dr. Banister is very rude, she comes off very disingenuous. It is almost as she would rather be somewhere else. I can not trust my health in her hands.

I have been seen at this office for many years, until today, I have had several PA’s and had no issues. I made an appointment for the end of the month ( for follow up ) ,and I need Refils on my meds. They refused to give me any fills, I have been out for one week. They said because my labs that were taken over three months ago were irregular. Ok let me know before I run out of meds that I need to come in, I am so disappointed in this facility and I will not be back.

Dr. Banister has been my PCP for almost 20 years. She is solid, knowledgeable, informed and caring. She will never give you anything you don’t need. Sometimes that is irritating but that’s cause we want something – we don’t NEED it. I am grateful she looks after my health & I recommend her anytime. The staff – up front, well that’s another story.
