Superb Physician
From the moment I stepped into her waiting room, Dr. Weissman’s staff was courteous, prompt and efficient.I was called back to the examining room at exactly my appointment time. When Dr. Weissman knocked on my door, she came in with a smile on her face, stretched out her hand for a handshake and said “It’s very nice to meet you today.”During the exam, she was kind and gentle and explained what she was doing every step of the way. You can see from her bio that she is very intelligent and succeeded in all her years of schooling.I see Dr. Weissman once a year for a very comprehensive eye exam.I would not see any other eye doctor.Dr. Weissman is outstanding and I highly recommend her to anyone that has an eye issue. She is superb!!

Excellent Outcome with LASIK
Dr. Weissman did LASIK on both of my eyes and I could not be happier with my outcome. It is truly life changing. She spent time explaining and weighing the risks and benefits and helping me choose the right plan for my eyes. I felt very reassured and confident I was in good hands. I cannot recommend her enough.

My experience with Dr. Heather Weissman has been exciting and miraculous!!! Dr. Weissman is a tender and loving surgeon, who took so much time with me explaining cataract surgery and reassuring me that it was right for me. I have barely been able to see for quite some time. I am an artist and lost the ability to see colors and values. Driving during the day and night was nearly impossible. My life was closing in on me because of cataracts. The surgery for cataracts is a snap!!! You go in and the people are amazing and caring. The surgery didn't feel like anything at all. You stare at the ceiling and it's over. I went home within a few hours with a patch on my eye. I woke up the next morning with blurry, but living color!!! Over a few days, I could see perfectly with no interference of any kind. I can't believe what it's like to see again!!! The biggest gift, the biggest miracle a 74 year old woman could get!!! I feel 20 years younger and confident! I'm forever grateful to Dr. Weissman

cataract surgery
Lens installed did not correct astigmatism. I couldn’t see clearly since day one (now four months later). I was told I needed more and more different expensive eye drops which DO NOT correct astigmatism. The wrong lens was installed. Got two other opinions and now need glasses or contact lens to correct astigmatism and finally have clear vision. No suggestions offered from Dr Weissman to correct their error. Very disappointed.

Dr. Wiseman is excellent I heartily recommend her.
Dr. Wiseman performed cataract surgery on me. She did an excellent job, healing was swift and the result was perfection. She takes the time to explain everything, does not hurry you, and really cares for her patients.

I had a great patient experience with Dr. Weissman. Her ability to quickly diagnose an issue and articulate a clear treatment plan is better than most any other doctors i have seen in this field. I am thankful I reached her through referral.

Dr Weissman is more concerned about textbook than listening to her patient. When I followed her care plan, my eyes got significantly worse. When I followed care similar to what other doctors have previously given me, my eyes got better. She told me I had an autoimmune disorder without performing a single test. The only thing that existed was a single symptom that could be attributable to many things. After seeing her for a number of months, it is clear that she is not the right doctor for me.
