The Forgotten Patient
I initially chose Endocrinology Associates of Chandler because of Dr. Saran's great reviews, but after my first visit, I never saw her again. Each appointment I was seen by a different PA, leading to inconsistent care. One PA would give advice, and the next would contradict it. My last appointment was especially frustrating, with the PA saying, 'I have no idea why you're here.' After a year of ignored symptoms, I was finally referred to another specialist, and I’ve since gotten better care elsewhere. Additionally, despite paying at every visit, I’ve been receiving texts and mail demanding $60 without them providing a bill, despite multiple requests for a ledger. While Dr. Saran was great in my initial visit, the overall experience was a letdown. Inconsistent care, ignored symptoms, and a lack of billing transparency are why I won’t be returning.

I felt that Dr Saran did not spend an adequate amount of time reviewing my case or listening to me discuss my symptoms. Not to mention the office experiences was atrocious.

Dr. Saran - great experience
I went to Dr. Saran after being diagnosed with T2D by a PCP over 5 years ago. At my first appointment Dr. Saran immediately said we needed to do further testing and within a week I found out I had T1D. Since then, she has helped me navigate the unknown and at times scary world of starting insulin, pumps, CGM's, etc. She is thorough, listens, answers questions, provides insights and solutions, and doesn't make me feel rushed. She shows genuine and non-judgmental care - something that I didn't get from my PCP. Highly recommend Dr. Saran and her team for your endocrinology needs.

Dr. Saran and her Staff
I had a great experience while being a patient of Endocrinology Associates. This initiated when their medical assistant contacted me to set up my tele-med with Dr. Saran. She had all the patience in the world assisting me with my online connection, reviewing my medications, and making me feel inclusive through all her pre-screening exercises. She later assisted in connecting my Dexcom monitor to her facility. Dr. Saran then appeared with her infectious smile, and we discussed my Type II diabetes lab results. She was highly complimentary of my weight loss, and displayed genuine concern that my morning numbers are still not where she believes they should be. She prescribed another diabetes medication that would provide more results and complement my current medication regimen. Because we strive to achieve this together, it is extremely gratifying to find a great provider and staff whose sole purpose is to help me tackle this horrible disease I highly recommend Dr. Saran and her team as

Best Endo
After being diabetic for 20+ years it has been hard for me to find an endocrinologist that actually listens to me and my concerns or who actually treats me like an actual person not just a number. I've been seeing Dr. Saran for about 6 years now and can honestly say she has been the best! I appreciate that she allows me to be a part of my treatment when none of the other endos I've seen would even listen to my thoughts on my treatment. If you're looking for an endocrinologist who actually cares, Dr. Saran is the one for you!
