I don’t have enough words to tell how rude and disrespectful Dr.Kessler was during my visit. I wasn’t feeling well to begin with and instead of being positive she found the worst scenario possible She seemed annoyed the entire time. I thought carefully about my visit before canceling future testing. Unlike Dr. Kessler the nurse was very pleasant. I’m sure I will not have a problem finding a more Knowledgeable and pleasant doctor.

Just No
Having never met me and briefly reviewing a scan report I brought (not ordered by her), she walked in the office shaking her head, stating 'my pain was not connected to the findings'. That was my introduction to Dr. Kessler. So dismissive. Later, unable to speak to the doctor for explanation of scan results (even over the phone), she had an assistant call me with the relayed message, 'don't worry about it'. Turns out was something to be worried about. Also turns out some of us have medical backgrounds and desire a more comprehensive explanation. She is not 'sparing' us. No follow-up without patient-push for info. She's clearly not happy.

Very Satisfied
I met Dr. Kessler-Reyes back in December. She was very nice and did not talk down to me at all. She is having her staff work to get my records from my previous pulmonologist and listened to my concerns. I liked her and feel comfortable going back and recommending her.

Dr Kessler-Reyes was wonderful, insightful, and provided a level of care that others had not. Working with the great PA in the office and Dr. Kessler-Reyes I've made a lot of progress. Highly recommended.

it is funny after walking out on Dr. Kessler and now reading these reviews I fully understand that they are talking about. She should really be disbarred. She did not take the time to review my chart. She had the Gaul to say to me first thing what are you doing here, I was like I cannot breath and my liver looks to be pushing into my lung. She said things that did not make sense. She is not very bright and honestly and brings down the respectability of the office. She needs to be fired. If it was just me that is one thing but look at the reviews. OMG

Very poor bedside manners, she does not inspire confidence. Very negative attitude and no reassurance. Physical examination is very poor as she listens to lungs placing the stethoscope over your clothes instead of over the skin. The front office is poorly run, the personnel are cold and unfriendly Will not return to this office ever My first appointment was scheduled a month after I called ,which was not a good sign with multiple doctors in the practice

I have read reviews by other patients and am sorry they had a bad experience. This was my first visit to Doctor Kessler-Reyes. I found both the doctor and her staff professional, personable and very knowledgeable. Doctor Kessler listened and explained things very well. I would definitely recommend her to friends.

Dr Kessler is a very negative, morbid doctor .She was my fathers dr in in the ICU for a few weeks on and off , and tried convincing me, and all her staff to pull the plug on my dad because in her eyes he wasn't worth saving. She has terrible bed side manor. She got my father moved out of the ICU prematurely becayse she felt there was nothing she could do. come to find out hes improved since leaving her care. don't go to her!!

Coldly told my mother she had cancer. Just stood, holding her papers and said my mother had a good life. Horrible bedside manner and no feelings.

Dr. Kessler-Reyes did not respond to phone calls pertaining to tests that she ordered. The office staff would respond with We can only pass on a message. We have no control of her calling back. We ultimately found a qualified Pulmonary Specialist and was treated properly with the correct medication. I would not suggest going to this office.

The absolute worst doctor ever encountered. Stay away from her. She is arrogant, nasty and should be kicked out of that office. The group will lose patients because of her.
