Completely unprofessional!
I waited almost 2 months for my appointment and confirmed 48 hours ahead of time. Upon arrival, about 20 minutes before the scheduled and confirmed appointment, I found a completely dark office. The office never contacted me to cancel. I called their contact phone number and got a rude operator that said the office was closed and they couldn't tell me what to do besides drive home and call the office on Monday. A wheelchair bound patient was also stranded outside despite having an appointment. What a horrible way to treat patients.
