This so called Doctor, you know a person who cares for others and does their best to treat a condition or illness, did none of those. She took my Mom's life, worse then killing her, she left her in debilitating pain for the rest of her life. Pain that limits her ability to do everyday activities; enjoy time with grandkids; travel; live life. She took it, because it was below her I guess to follow the manufacture recommendation of the devices and ask my mom if she was allergic to metal or had a sensitivity to jewelry. The implants caused such a back reaction that caused insurmountable suffering for 6 months, while Heather could not be bothered with it, finally on the 6th month, she ask well, 'do you have a nickel allergy or sensitivity?', maybe you should get tested. Oh by the way, the device she implanted could not be removed, and the toes had to be amputated to stop the reaction. Furthermore, heather took upon herself, without discussion, to operate on another toe.

After what a minor surgery should be for a mortensens neuroma I had to go to ER twice after surgery that same day. Now I have neuropathy & my toes are sometimes numb & dead feeling, other times shooting burning pain. She was rude, and made my problem 5 times worse.

One of the best doctors I have ever met! She’s knowledgeable, experienced and very kind. If you need help with your feet, she’s the one!

Outstanding physician who takes the time with her patient. Friensly, professional and is good at what she does. If your having foot or ankle problems its better than going to an Othopedic physician because this office is that good.

Totally misinformed about scope and complete life altering (like losing job) that both surgeries would allow. Countless requests to her assistant who took over a week or more to leave a message about one question, when I had 5 or more Finally sent a list of simple questions and complaints to office manager and told could schedule an appt in April (1st consult on 11/19/2015 and told at that time 1st surgery on right foot planned around first of February, 2016).
