I found Dr. Hamburger to be very abrupt and in a hurry. He didn’t even check my vision. I had to ask to have it checked. He sent someone in to check it and there had been a change. If you read Nextdoor Neighbor you will be amazed at how many people have had bad experiences with him and won’t be returning! I certainly won’t be!

DO NOT USE DR HAMBURGER! This doctor is now in Delray Beeach not Miami. I went for a checkup because I thought I was having cataract issues. After being seen and tested by 3 different techs the doctor finally came in, sat down, and announced that it was not cataracts, that I have the beginning of macular degeneration!!! I was stunned and shocked! Looked my cataracts, said I should come back in 6 months for him to check them and that I had to see a retina doctor which his girl would set up for me., I think he was actually in the room with me for 5 minutes. NO EXPLANATION, NO "DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT IS, DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS," NO EMPATHY, NO NOTHING!!!! How callous and cold can you be! Needless to say, I will never see him again and I will tell this to whoever I can to save them from a similar experience.

Bad practice. I was going for one year to this doctor and he did not find the problem in my eyes.. all treatments that he sent my was wrong. I had to get another doctor to treat my eyes. their diagnoses were always wrong and my eyes were getting worse. I do not recomend this doctor.

BEWARE: I was in a car accident suffered a bad eye injury that will lead to blindness. State Farm sent me to this doctor for an opinion of my injury. He said I had Glaucoma, sent me to a doctor for further treatment, however that doctor said I don't have Glaucoma. Glaucoma has to be surgically removed. I saw another eye doctor who also said I don't have Glaucoma, I told Dr. Hamburger about his horrible mistake but he refused to change his opinion even though two other doctors disagreed with him.

Very Disappointed in West Palm Beach, FL – Aug 10, 2016
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Hamburger?
This Dr. totally misdiagnosed me. He sent me to all kinds of testing and all kinds of drops and told me I was looking better, although that was entirely his opinion. I told him I did not feel any better at all. In fact I visited another Dr. in Miami who immediately diagnosed what I has a Keratoconus, a serious condition that may eventually require corneal transplant. Question his decisions and his diagnosis.
