NOT IMPRESSED!!! HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS TOLD TO GET THERE EARLY TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK SEVERAL TIMES. THE DOCTOR ARRIVED 35 MINUTES AFTER OUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND THEN WE WERE TOLD THAT ANOTHER PATIENT WAS GOING TO GO FIRST BECAUSE THEY HAD A SHORTED VISIT TIME. SO, IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME PATIENT, GET READY TO SIT AND WAIT. WE DECIDED TO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR THAT HAS A MORE ORGANISED SYSTEM. HE COULD BE A GREAT DOCTOR BUT WE AREN'T GOING TO TAKE THAT CHANCE.

We was there today first time and was very satisfied with the service. He is nice and explaining everything great. He took a lot of time. Office is very clean. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Going back soon again. We recommend Dr. Pokala if you are looking for Internal Medicine Doctor.
