Physician was very thorough and complete in his questions and responses. He was, obviously, quite busy that day, but he did no5 appear to rush through the exam, analysis, explanations of his findings and in the communication of his proposed treatment plan and it's schedule and timeline.

I was seen almost immediately, after arriving. Jennifer and staff were wonderful as usual. Dr McNeely spent as much time as I needed, to go over the results of my endoscopy and addressed all my concerns.

Dr McNeely is very caring and good doctor, he really listens to our concerns and works hard to find solution and proper diagnosis. He already improved significantly the negative symptoms with the right treatment. We are very pleased to be under Dr MCNeely's care!

Incompetent
Negative zero Stars, if I could! Apparently the docs at this clinic do not read these reviews and if they do and don’t right the ship, they are complicit. I’m convinced the healthcare industry has failed the patients. In all my 45 years of career in this industry, I have never seen a more incompetent front office staff as I have here. Leave a message to obtain an appointment? Then wait 24 hrs for a return call? Do they honestly expect the patients to wait by their phone? Does no patient work? Lose a referral x4? Constant excuses! Waited a month trying to get in. Gave up and they FINALLY call with an opening FIVE MONTHS OUT!! They couldn’t tell me that before they tortured me for an entire month? STAY AWAY from this level of incompetence! For the sake of your health and sanity! Can you imagine how they would handle your care and medical records?
