Worst Experience Ever
Went in for a non-invasive breath test, but was told that they couldn't do this (despite listing it on their website). First they let me book an appointment for a Saturday, a day the doctor would be unable to see me as he does colonoscopies all day. Oh yeah, they said, as I waited at the front desk. We saw your appointment request come in, but he can't see you today. Why no one relayed this info is beyond me. Then once I went back a second time, they told me I had to do a bunch of tests, get some ultrasounds and then if they couldn't find a solution to my issues, we would have to do a colonoscope and endoscopy. I said fine and went through with the tests. 3 weeks have gone by and I still haven't received my results. I refused to do a colonoscopy until speaking with the doctor, but despite having an appointment, I have been blown off for weeks. I have tried emailing, calling, always being told that he would call me back, but he never did. Literally go ANYWHERE else, so unprofessional!!
