Both my parents had him as a doctor... they trusted him and I did not after my experiences with him. He is always in a hurry, does not remember what was discussed in previous visits, betrays doctor/patient confidentiality and does not correspond with doctors he refers... I saw him get arrogant if you disagree with him. I think he should retire NOW.

I have been lucky enough to have Dr. Fay as my primary care physician for 20 years. He is one of the best Drs I have had. Dr Fay is an excellent clinician while still making you feel like you are talking with a friend. The bottom line is that I am alive today much to the thanks of Dr Fay. I am a 72 year old male who has seen many Drs and am very demanding of how I am treated. I am not the least bit intimidated nor will I hesitate to tell I am dissatisfied with our relationship.

Dr. Fay is an excellent physician and because of his thoroughness has saved my life on more than one occasion. He really cares about his patients as does his staff. Not once in the many years that he has been my doctor has he ever been rude or unprofessional.

Dr. Fay is a wonderful doctor. He has always treated me with respect and listens even if we disagree. I think he does look at all the things that could be going on in the body and goes thru the process of elimination. He is a good doctor for me and his staff are always nice.

I just read some really unbelievable negative reviews about Dr. Gerald Fay on this site. I have been a patient for over 30 years. He has been an exceptional doctor with tons of good medical intuition that has saved me from severe illness. Thank God. Also, he has seen our family thru several health crises. And he is CARING, PASSIONATE ABOUT HIS WORK, his nurse, Kathy is the BEST and his wife, Sheila, is a skilled surgeon with a big heart. Nothing but GREAT things to say.

Probably one of the most unprofessional doctors I have every had the displeasure of dealing with in my professional career thus far. His own arrogance has obviously blinded him to the simple mistakes he is capable of making. His blatant unprofessional conduct and rudeness towards my staff has been astounding. I highly recommend avoiding his practice

Rude, unhelpful, did not address my problem. He tested my reflexes by hammering as hard as he could under my knees 8 times each with an oversized round tool, not the small rubber tool usually tapped lightly. You could hear the loud hits, it was equivalent to a beating. I was told by another MD that this was NOT usual and was abusive. I will swear under oath that this is absolutely true.

exceptionally knowledge. Truly cares about his patients. Has the finest staff nurse, Cathy, I have ever been around. Takes all the time necessary to actually understand what you are and are not saying to come up with solutions to the obvious and thankfully the less obvious illnesses.
