I was initially referred to Dr. Koss of same location. 3 days before my appt I received a call from her nurse stating my appt was cancelled due to her not seeing patients for my diagnosis and I should contact TGH. I called later that day to speak to the office manager as I was upset. With no call back I called the next day in which I was transferred to that same nurse. I explained how I waited 1.5 mos for this appt, and I wasn't understanding how the Doctor couldn't see me and how could there not be a doctor at either location who handles this diagnosis. She put me on hold then came back to say she checked with both locations and no there wasn't a doctor. Few hours later I received a call from Dr. Sarkar's nurse scheduling me an appt. I was relieved. As for Dr. Sarkar, she is straight to the point. But she listened and took notes. She ordered extensive blood work and MRI. She answered all of my questions and even remembered my mom. I appreciate her detailed approach to find answers.

This “doctor” doesn’t even give you the time of day. All appointments are about 4-5 mins. To say the least, she doesn’t care about your health or your concerns. Since being under her care I have now had acute kidney damage, diagnosed with gastroparesis, been in and out of the hospital on multiple occasions, and possible fertility issues later down the line because of her lack of concern. She is by far the WORST Doctor I’ve had since being diagnosed at the age of 5. This is not my first rodeo, do yourself and your loved ones a favor and RUN! Find someone who will take the time to actually talk about what changes need to be made.

Horrible Doctor!
She is rude, doesn't listen to me, talks over me, makes assumptions without asking questions. All she does is push pills, doesn't listen to my diet or exercise regime. I asked her a question about a blood test SHE scheduled, and she replied that was a question for my kidney doctor! Very very rude and is not helping me manage my diabetes. I would not recommend her to anyone!

Horrible Bedside Manner
Horrible bedside manner. Rude, condescending, and a poor explainer. Dislikes her patients, and shows it! Avoid for your own health and self-respect.

The worst doctor ever.
The worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. I have a tumor on my pituitary gland that was missed by her. I’ve been having memory problems and other symptoms and she simply brushed me off and said “well you should talk to your primary care about your memory”. She’s always rushed, horrible bedside manner. Once I was finally informed of my tumor she didn’t tell me anything. Not what I should do, next steps, nothing. I finally asked her if it would be a problem and she said “it’s gonna keep growing so if you get a headache just go to the hospital”. That’s what she LITERALLY said. My new diagnoses are very scary and if you get similar diagnoses expect the same treatment. I’m 41 and never IN MY LIFE have I had such an incompetent, uncaring, and RUDE doctor.
