He is thorough in physical exam and medicine report at each visit. He gets regular bloodwork (which is taken by a facility next door). X-rays are available in his office. If needed, you can be dropped off at his door. Very convenient. I feel well cared for at each appt. I mentioned another ailment, outside of his specialty, that wasn't getting better and he gave me another possible diagnosis and was right! He's respespectful and an easy going guy. He's answered all my questions. He's the best!

I have been seeing Dr. Botstein for around 20 years. He is among the best , most knowledgeable (both in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine), most personable, patient, respectful, and dependable physician specialist that I have ever known. Dr. Botstein takes the time to thoroughly explain all details of any medical issue for which I visited him. If he is unable to treat an issue, he has always referred me to one of his colleagues who is a high-end specialist in such issue. Simply EXCELLENT!

The environment could use a facelift. The waiting room is depressing. The exam rooms look like they haven't been updated in 15 years. The amount of time spent waiting for the doctor to finally see you is unreasonable, I sat in the exam room waiting for 60 minutes before he finally came in. I wouldn't have minded if he apologized, but he didn't. They should give you an estimated wait time if it is busy so you can mentally prepare yourself.

Doctor Botstein has no bedside manner. His office constantly reschedules appointments to fit his limited schedule.
