Dr. Gail Cansler, MD

There is never a long wait. Dr. Cansler comes in prepared, Never rushed , that fills the air with such a positive outlook on life. Her ability to explain situations are down to earth that comes with a big scoop of heartfelt TLC.

I was referred to Dr. Cansler by a friend. The moment I met her I felt at home. She was caring, professional, attentive and she's a really good listener. I took my mom to meet her, and my mom felt at easy after the meeting. If my mom trusts you, that's all I need. Before the surgery Dr. Cansler came to give me some words of comfort and reassurance. After surgery, she was the first face I saw. That was amazing because she is really busy and had a long day ahead of her so that attention and care was huge for me. It's been 5yrs and I've never felt better in my life. I can't wait to change my insurance so she can be my doctor again. I would recommend Dr. Gail Cansler to the moon and back. If you are unsure of the care you will receive, take a family member or a friend to meet her. She is open to that because she wants you (the patient) to feel assured and comfortable

I do not recommend Gail Gansler as an OB/GYN. I originally chose her based on the other reviews but my experience was the complete opposite. Before she even entered the room, I heard her SIGH very loudly. Mind you I don't know this woman, I'm a new patient. I found it extremely rude, like I understand people can have a bad day but I've worked in customer service before and can't imagine doing that as I'm approaching someone. It's very unprofessional. Also, as I was expressing my health concerns she talked over me and I felt like I couldn't complete my sentence. The worst part is she had the AUDACITY to put her hands on me without asking my permission and explaining what she was checking for. I was not at the exam table, simply seating in my seat. I remember her pulling my mask from my face and pulling out my blouse to look down my shirt. I was confused when she reached for my mask, and started touching me. She also overcharges, and orders unnecessary tests.

I had fibroids removed on a Tuesday. Dr. Cansler was going to release me on Thursday. I was adamant that something was wrong & I had headache that wouldn’t go away; despite, the medication that given to me. After talking with my aunt who knew I never had headaches urged me ask to have my blood drawn. They discovered my blood count was 4 & I needed 2 pints of blood. Dr. Cansler said she had it checked. She thought the lab recorded wrong. She never asked to check again. I had to request it.

I love Dr. Cansler she is amazing her genuine concern for me and for my health is amazing and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my gynecological needs.
