Dr. Fredric Neumann, DO

Dr. Neumann takes the time to listen and explain. He has good knowledge and isn't afraid to send you to a specialist as needed. I am not a very trusting person and Fred has earned my trust.

Dr Neumann and Malissa really take the time to address all the patients medical concerns. You don’t feel rushed out the door with a temporary solution. The staff is always friendly and treat you like family.

I have been a patient for almost 10 yrs. I'm not exaggerating when I say this Dr and PA Malisa saved me.

Dr. Neumann and his staff are friendly and professional. I feel as though he has my best interest as his top priority. He is easy to talk to and patient when answering my questions. His approach is conservative and thoughtful.

I saw Dr. Neumann due to a back issue. He acted as if I was making things up. I spent 8 months asking him to order an MRI and he wouldn't. I went around him to get an MRI and it showed that I have a herniated disk in my back. Since I've been on short term disability while waiting for my back surgery, Dr. Neumann's office has caused me to have my disability payments stopped every month because they wouldn't fax my paperwork over to my disability ins. They insisted that they tried faxing it or calling me but none of that is true. After causing me to run out my FMLA while treating me like a junkie this doctor's office never faxed any of my physical therapy paperwork to my health ins. My surgery was cancelled the day before it was to occur. While appealing Aetna for the next month, I get to spend another $2000 for health ins. I get to fight with the disability ins. company to get paid. My family is going to go bankrupt because of Dr. Neumann and his legion of do nothing employees.

Dr. Fredric I. Neumann is the best. I know I am in the best of hands when in his care. I am confident in his medical knowledge and comfortable in his presence. I will never go to another doctor unless, of course, Dr. Neumann tells me to. The office staff is always courteous and professional. I have seen them handle the most difficult and rude clients with dignity and grace. They have always gone above and beyond when I have made a request outside of the norm. The entire staff has always been great!

Dr. Neumann was recommended to me, went there a couple of weeks ago and he seems like he would be a good doctor, but I'll never know because the women working at his desk are horrible! Not sure if they are stupid or lazy but they are definitely hostile to patients, act like they're being bothered, stay away!

Dr Neumann and his staff (PA, Malisa) have been taking care of my mother and I for decades now. After years of struggling to find a single doctor to help with my mother's many medical/health issues, I now have the peace of mind of having one medical team that I can rely on completely. I appreciate and trust Dr Neumann and his team more than I can express.

Been with them for over 20 years...no problems

I called to get a med marijuana card for paralyzed stomach issue. Told the staff I was a Medicare recipient. The charge should only be a maximum of $75.00 they gouged me for $150.00 I knew the charge wasn't right so I called around. Sure enough he's taking advantage of the poor and sick. He took a oath and broke it.HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THIS DECISION I ALSO NEED THIS CARD TO REDUCE MY DEPENDENCE ON THE FENTENYL PATCH MARIJUANA HAS HELPED ME WITH DIABETES IT'S HELPED ME REDUCE THE PATCH BY HALF
