Can’t get a call back
Got a referral for surgical consult. When I called I got a recording to leave my information and I would get a return call within 24 hours. It’s been a week and three messages later. You can’t even get a live person on the phone. I even left a message with the management. I’m a PACU RN and am astonished at the lack of human interaction and lack of response with this group. Based on reviews I’m assured this surgeon is more than adequate to meet my surgical needs. Unfortunately, my insurance dictates where I go so I’m stuck. My particular diagnosis could turn emergent at anytime. So I’m hoping all goes well until I can get seen. Thanks for nothing Optum.
