My name is Tran. I’m a new patient of doctor Luzzi. He suggested me to have MRI scan& he found out that I have Vestibular Schwamnoma. He referred me to Yale’s hospital for my treatment. Thanks for your help doctor Luzzi! By the way, his nurse named Amy is very sweet nurse. She always care of patients. One thing that I have issues is they didn’t send my MRI disc images to Yale’s hospital so I have to call MRI to order a copy disc images so I can give it to my surgeon. I think mychart Hartford Healthcare should upload my MRI scan result on my account. They only posted a form MRI that I signed it. I think they should tell secretaries to complete all patients record including MRI scan result send to someone doctor that they referred to so it will make everything processing smoothly. Thanks again!

Helping me prior&post head and neck cancer
Dr Luzzi is just wonderful man and a better Doctor. Never rushes and always a straight shooter. Found my cancer and helped me all along the way. When was in the hospital, he came and brought me a poem. Sincerely. Would prefer not to get six (6) texts the day of my recent visit January thirty one - two thousand twenty five - but know the texts having nothing to do with his office. You cannot go wrong as he is — up to date on all the procedures and knows how to listen as well. Trust him with my life. HE HELPED PULL ME OUT OF MY ONLY DEPRESSION DUE TO THYROID BEING FRIED FROM RADIATION. NO MORE TO SAY. HE BROUGHT ME BACK AS HIS MEDICAL DECISIONS SAVED ME. MICHAEL E DRISCOLL

I would recommend Dr. Luzzi
Dr. Luzzi treated me with respect and was very caring. He preformed a biopsy on my Parotid gland. I was very comfortable with him doing so. He is sending me to Hartford for removal because I wanted to go to a larger facility.

Dismissive, unprofessional, should retire
The first time I visited him, he diagnosed acid reflux. For what turned out to be cancer. The second time, after the cancer diagnosis by another doctor, he stood in the hallway and talked to a nurse for several minutes loudly wondering why I was there. Didn't know. Apparently couldn't figure it out. But didn't step into the room to ask me. Privacy? Not so much. Then he came in and, even after I explained that it was a required check by my surgeon to remove the cancer, he diagnosed acid reflux AGAIN. I don't have acid reflux. He was misogninistic, condecending, and honestly should not be employed. Do. Not. See. Him. Oh, unless you have acid reflux.

Outstanding doctor
Recently was there for a follow up visit. Dr. Luzzi goes up and above assisting not only your hearing and ears but, also, will note if you should follow up regarding any other issues he might notice. For me this is an outstanding doctor when he can not other issues and not just what you are in his office regarding. Would highly recommended him.

My CT scan showed enlarged lymph nodes....
I was referred to an ENT (not this one, I had been there once before) by my primary MD after a CT with contrast, due to large and painful lymph nodes. He never even touched my neck, told me they were not swollen and "had always been there." They appeared in late Dec early Jan. He was dismissive and not appropriate. He did not listen to a thing I said. Kept talking over me. seeking another opinion.

A waste of time and money. He thinks that "everyone grinds their teeth" and that if your ears are clogged it is because of TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome.)

I have never been so thankful to visit a doctor in my entire life! Before I went to see Dr. Luzzi I had no idea what was wrong with me. Had been to the emergency room for a large lump in my neck where they ran tests and did cats cans and still could not find anything wrong with me! Dr. Luzzi found the problem after my first visit! And more importantly, he did it while remaining kind, non judgemtal, informative, and on top of each step quickly. I will never go to another ENT in my life! SO NICE!
