Telehealth
He seemed to have no real interest in helping me. Very short with his demeanor. He told me he would prescribe me medication then changed his story to writing me a “recommendation” that I had to take to my primary care physician. When I got there my PC said he should have filled it and she’s a family doctor and could not. He has now closed the visit and I cannot email a follow-up. This was after he accidentally sent someone else’s medication to my pharmacy and frantically emailed me telling me to cancel them. HORRIBLE experience.

Great! Only difficulty with online connection.
Even when video went out with online connectivity, still communicated via insurance provider message portal. Called me to finish visit. Was thorough, professional, calm, understanding, & experienced. Gave me meds I needed from evaluation right away. Five stars so far.
