EXTREMLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! RUDE, DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS!!! STAFF IS UNRELIABLE!

On my third visit with Dr. Kulkarni he had no records on hand to reference my treatment. On the previous two visits he removed two medications which had successfully managed my depression for 20 years. With conditions worsening, he informed me he could not help me. Over the past three months under his care, his office phones went unanswered (or were endlessly busy) for days on end. He first sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and correcting that required a week of my efforts to find resolution. I had read the online reviews before establishing myself as a patient, but now find them of little value.

Been with Dr Kulkarni for just over 2 years and they always take care of me. Very pleased. -Nickolas David

I have just started seeing this Dr. I have never had someone listen, let me cry it out, and genuinely try to help me. I have been to numerous Drs. The reason I see ppl getting prescriptions often like some reviews say is because he is a MENTAL HEALTH DR, that is what they do! Only a psychiatrist can prescribe certain medications. So I highly recommend him. And to those who judge so quickly, get informed about mental health and what each type of therapist, psycologist, and psychiatrist do. If it weren't for him, I'd still be a mess. And be did a tele visit during covid, that was so awesome.

Have been seeing Dr. Kulkarni for a couple of years. Only psych docotor that has helped me and listened. He’s very patient & kind, would definitely recommend. Office staff is also very nice & accommodating.

The office is no great shakes and it is a mess, but dr. Kulkarni actually listen to me and is treating my son with what he needs as a child with autism and ADHD like behaviors. He has been caring and concerned about making sure that the prescription amount of the two drugs prescribed was correct and he is cautious about going up on dosages. He has fit our need for a psychiatrist who isn't just nice and has a nice office like one who I will not name in Beaumont but who actually listens to the patient and will tweak or change your prescription when things are not working after a few months.

First visit to him. Prescribed my son a new medication but did not weigh him for dosage amount! Says I have to bring my son in every single month... I think this doc is a pill pusher! Office unorganized, files on floor, new office staff constantly! Lots of patients in and out really quick, all had scripts in hand.

Dr. Kulkarni has been great for the years that I have seen him. After the initial thorough diagnosis, follow up appoints are brief but not rushed. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and always tries to help you in the best way possible. Appointments are easy to schedule, but prepare to wait for 20 or so minutes after your scheduled appointment to see the doctor if you're scheduled towards the middle or end of the day because people do arrive late or no-show, which has a domino effect.

Dr. Kulkarni is very easy to talk to and genuinely cares for his patients well being. I would recommendy him to someone looking for a psychiatrist in the Katy area.

Doctor Kulkarni has been a God-Send for me and my family. I entrust my well-being only to him. It is very hard to find compassionate, intelligent, and dedicated doctor's offices that are willing to accommodate busy parents. Not once has this office failed me, in fact, they surprise me every month by all of their courteous reminders and fast service(compared to other Dr offices). I can sleep at night, knowing I have a good Doctor that cares for my health and well-being. That, is all I need.~Jose

Dr Kulkarni is an excellent doctor, also very caring and kind. His receptionist is also so nice and I enjoy walking in knowing I'll be greeted by her with a big smile every time.

Excellent experience every time! I would recommend Dr. Kulkarni to anyone! He is kind, understanding, makes you feel comfortable and very professional. I've been seeing him for a few years, and he has always cared about how I'm doing and always listens. The staff has always been very helpful in squeezing me in for an appointment. But he is a great Dr, and has dramatically helped me improve my life ! I have no issues coming to see him.

Dr. Kulkarni's office and staff is a very pleasant experience overall. Doctor is caring, kind, and a great listener. His feedback has been very helpful. He provides a comfortable environment so I feel I can share anything that is going on. It is so nice to have a psychiatrist I can depend on that takes the time to listen to me, and respond with helpful advice/ideas.

Dr. Kulkarni is by far the best Dr. I have had dealing with the issues I have. He provides excellent care and concern for his patients in a safe, comfortable environment. He's always asked how I've been and actually listens to me and answers any questions I have. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kulkarni to anyone looking.

I been coming to the doctor for over 7 year. Dr sharad kulkarni is a good doctor and he always help me with my issues. And he also helped my child when he was a kid and half of his adult life. I would recommend anyone who is having any issues with life. He is always available. And he really cares about his patients.

First, the receptionist is very unhelpful and rude. I was trying to find a child psychiatrist to see my teenage son. They cancelled an appointment and then with this recent appointment, the receptionist called less than an hour prior to tell me how much it would cost with the insurance and that I had to pay cash only. I was driving in from Orange. Had already left work and there was not enough time to get the cash. I told her this and she said that they would not see my son without payment first
