Dr. Francis Peluso, DO

Dr Peluso is an excellent doctor & helped me through a very difficult medical situation in my life. His demeanor was professional, informational & comforting. That was 3 years ago. Today I am now having problems again, with a lot of pain in the same way. Even though I have seen Dr Peluso several times over the past years I was not allowed to schedule an appt with him because I haven't seen him in the past THREE yrs. I'm in pain & I need to be seen by Dr. Peluso but according to the scheduling lady that answered the phone, I have to take extra time to go to my primary doctor 1st & get a referral. I didn't have to have a referral at all when I originally chose him years ago. This is NOT good patient care!

Terrible! This man cannot walk and chew gum at the same time. Can only rennet and act on one statement at a time. I was to have an endoscopy performed and as an additional test requested a colonoscopy be done at the same time. Dr Peluso assured me this would not be a problem. He forgot the endoscopy. I know from past experience that these procedures are commonly performed together but not by Dr Peluso since the last discussion was about the colonoscopy.

Dr. Peluso is one of the kindest, most knowledgeable gastroenterologists that I have ever dealt with! He has a very comforting bedside manner and treats each patient with respect, and actually listens to them! I would highly recommend Dr. Peluso!

Its not often you find a specialist that is both knowledgeable and personable. He is very detailed and prompt. Results are usually available in 24 hours or less. He removed a large difficult polyp during my first colonoscopy, and at my followup, confirmed it was completely gone. Would highly recommend!

I was not sedated at all and colonoscopy was very painful. He supposedly gave me sedation medication, but it did not work. I kept telling him that and he just ignored me and continued to abuse me with GREAT discomfort. I would not recommend him to even be my trash hauler.
