He did a particular procedure during each visit, which I later found out was unnecessary to do repeatedly (but is sure raised the bill a lot...). Finally I had a visit where he didn't do it, and yet my bill was the same for it. Upon looking into the coding, I found out I was billed for it even though it never happened. I was refunded, however he dropped me as a patient (we've had no issue whatsoever before this incident).

Perhaps the worst treatment I have ever received at a medical office in the entirety of my 37 years on this planet (this is inclusive of the medical attention I received in jail). Dr. Mlynarski spent roughly 15 minutes with me, in that time he was rude, pompous, dismissive and ineffective. He suggested I was too stupid to understand my symptoms (“Are you an engineer or something? Why do you think you know what’s happening to you? You don’t know what you’re talking about”). He told me I was too “anxious” and I should “see my therapist more often”. When I begged him to spend just a few additional minutes looking into my symptoms, ones that have plagued me for almost two weeks, he dismissed me outright and said I was “stressed” and should be “medicated for anxiety”.

I have been a patient of his for 6 years, through a very serious illness and years of recovery. I have found him to be thorough, engaged and thoughtful. He is respectful and very capable and has ALWAYS been available and respectful of my situation. His staff is first rate and the office runs like a “friendly” machine. When he retires, he will be sorely missed. He also did a great job with a corrective surgical procedure on my daughter.

I find Dr. Mlynarski lacks compassion and is disinterested in my welfare. I have a chronic sore in my nose that hasn't healed in over a year and unresolved pain in my ear that he continues to dismiss as nothing. I am looking for a new ENT. And this office has a policy where you can't see any other dr in the practice. Ever. Even when Dr. Mlynarski was away this summer and I needed to have my nose cauterized they refused my request to see another doctor and told me I'd have to go to the ER.
