Total knee replacement
This visit was the 2nd follow-up after my total right knee replacement. Dr Ennis confirmed my feeling that the replacement recovery is better than expected.

Hip Replacement
Dr Ennis and his staff are first class. Everything regarding my hip replacement was outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr Ennis to anyone needing a hip replacement. I am so glad he was recommended to me. If I need my other hip replaced I will certainly use Dr Ennis again.

A very good experience
I had knee replacement in April of 2023. The entire process was excellent. Coordination between the physician, hospital and ONS physical therapy was outstanding. The staff at ONS are good communicators and very supportive. This is a difficult procedure and recovery- but I felt I knew what to expect. While I hope I will not need any other joint replacement- I will return to ONS if I do.

Amazing experience
Dr. Ennis replaced my knee in early April. My healing process was uneventful and I experienced very little pain. Excellent surgeon.

Review of Dr. Frank Ennis, Orthopedic Surgeon L
I had a total knee replacement surgery with Dr. Ennis, January, 2022. I knew Dr. Ennis since 2016 when he did the same surgery on my husband. I was confident from my husband’s experience that my surgery would be done by a highly skilled Surgeon and trusted him completely! Just as my husband’s outcome-mine was successful, but Dr. Ennis and his staff had prepared me well that recovery takes time. Every aspect of the process was presented in literature provided and a course one could attend in advance of surgery. After my surgery, Dr Ennis and his staff were there to answer questions, understand my struggles, after a major surgery and give advice (despite the fact that Covid had backed up surgical schedules in the Hospital). I sincerely respect his honesty, his skill and his caring concern for his patients. I do highly recommend him.

I would give him a zero if I could
Dr. Ennis did a hip replacement for me two years ago. From the moment I woke up I experienced severe pain running down the front of my leg which never abated & swelling beyond what should be considered normal. Dr. Ennis was not there for my 2 week check up & the PA acknowledged the swelling without giving any advice as to how to manage it & had no opinion about the pain, other than to suggest I needed to “get used to” the prosthesis & it would eventually disappear. On my next follow up with Dr. Ennis he had nothing to say about the increasing pain & suggested I get a second opinion, without giving me any direction as to what kind of dr I should see. Two years later, countless doctors & considerable expense, I found a highly rated surgeon who diagnosed the issue. I had surgery four weeks ago & am completely pain free. Dr. Ennis is not the person to use if there is an issue…a definite hard pass.

I don’t recommend this doctor. This doctor missed a major hamstring tear in my leg after I fell and also fractured my hip. Everyday my leg swells, I experience terrible sharp burning pain that keeps me up at night and I have limited use and motion of my leg. I’ve done physical therapy at this practice to which I was told by a PT to never return after no improvement after a month in of therapy. My leg will never be normal again, I will always need a cane. As a young person this is very distressing news. Maybe if this problem was realized my outcome could of been different. Disappointed with my experience at this practice.
