Been a patient for awhile
The office is easy to get to. Staff is great. Dr Palmon is pleasant and listened and then explains what needs to be done. He has done a lens implant for me and a tuneup when the lens got cloudy. Time in the exam room is reasonable. I recommend them !

Wait time is ridiculous!
Arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment time. After 45 minutes of waiting, I asked to have my appointment rescheduled. Because I wasn’t referred, it would be “months” before I could get one. I have already waited months. Looking for another corneal specialist.

Dr. Palmon and all his staff are very caring and thorough. He is particularly clear in his explanations of eye health and telling me what the near term prognosis is likely to be. He has a kind and comforting manner, also.

A good experience - all delivered as expected.
The doctor was very helpful and clearly explained options for my lens replacement. The staff at St. Marks were all courteous and on time with the procedure. One complaint: rush hour traffic westbound on Daniel's Parkway...yikes :-)

Great experience
Dr. Palmon has great ‘bedside manners’. He spends time with you to answer any questions. He performed my first of two cataract surgeries and I’m looking forward to getting my other eye done.

Dr. Palmon is a wonderful doctor.
Dr. P is very concerned, considerate, and very interested in your individual situation. He performed surgery on my husband 13 years ago and he’s done fine. I now need cataract surgery for myself and there is no one else I would ever consider.

Dr palmon is the worst dr I have ever met. He is a nasty man who believes he is a god. He will take one look at you and diagnosis you and will gaslight you if you ask any type of questions. DO NOT see this man.

Just finished Cataract surgery on 2nd eye this week Dr Palmon and his staff are friendly and professional. Each appointment was on time and never felt rushed. The practice does not advertise for patients like some on TV, the practice is busy and you may need to wait for an appointment. I really like the size of the practice verses the large “big box” practices. Do your research but would highly recommend Dr Palmon

Had cateractg surgery Sep 2015. Immediately after my eye oozed mucus. After maybe 4 visits to Dr. Palmon and 15 other visits to specialists, I find my tear duct was injured during operation and I will need replacement, so mucus discharge will stop. So 18 months of a mess!

Initally good service. My wife had cataract surgery and had to return multiple times in ft myers for tweaking where issue was never really corrected. Last year we had to try and schedule an appointment for my wife diagnosed with cancer. Office staff pushed appointment out for months and we will never consider, suggest or recommend Rick or his office to anyone we know. Very poor professionalism by staff.
