I suffer from Dry Eyes but now he makes her bad. I need a new surgery on my down lead because he makes a big mistake.

Terrible, inept qualifications and services. I went there for a clogged eyelid gland in right eye and the skin around my eye was red. Dr. Nassif told me to use olive oil soap and prescribed steroid drops to be used in both eyes, I thought this was unusual in case of cross contamination or because my left eye was fine. A few days after following his regimen, my "good" eye swelled up red with a bump that I had never seen. I had left two messages last week for his nurse, Valerie. My call was never returned and when I finally reached her when at Saint Johns Center in Naples, her response was that they only respond on Mondays" when in that office". When I told her what had happened, she gave four different excuses to cover for the doctor. Valerie said it's not the drops /cc, then said it's the same thing like other eye, then said throw out all my cosmetics-it's allergies, then it's a bug bite. Really?! Bafoons!I found a real doctor who knew exactly what I had when he looked at my eye.

I highly recommend Dr. Nassif for upper or lower eye ?? surgery. I had my eye lid surgery done in 2018 and I feel great. Dr. Nassif explains everything you need to know and recommends amazing ?? soaps and awesome skin care regimen.

I felt very welcomed even tho it was my first visit I was extremely eager to be there I felt like I was a common customer. Everyone was extremely friendly eager to talk to me I had love my first visit

I had eye lid surgery by him several years ago. I got alot of scar tissue on the left eye after sutures pulled to tight. Went in and he cut off to much tissue and sutured the incision to tight. Went back in for a check up because my left eye looks and is smaller then the right I ask what he was going to do his response “You got what you paid for”. DON’T let the price make your decision BEWARE

Did an amazing job on my eyelid surgery. I don't just look younger I look better than I ever did. He also has a procedure where he closes tear ducts to keep your eyes wet. My wife and I both did this . neither of us has to use any eye drops anymore at all and your insurance will pay for it

I am extremely satisfied with Dr. John Nassif! He is an excellent provider of fillers. He clearly explains every step of the treatment in an informative and easy-to-understand way. I have been using Dr. Nassif for fillers for three years and the results have always been excellent. His staff is also excellent!

He'said amazing..very knowledgeable and effective in ophthalmology AND innovative , safe effective and affordable treatment for well everything for an aging face from eliminating most hated facial lines and eye drooping to eliminating ur fat double chin..but warning..he doesn't advertise..because he doesn't want the ad expenses to increase his costs..a good man..who wants to help..do ur self a favor and call either office and make an appointment now!

He did not take the time to listen to my concerns. He offered me a one size fits all weight loss supplement at a very expensive price and told me to stop exercising. This doctor only cared about making money and cared very little about my overall health.

Unfortunately my experience was not good. . One eye looks very different and the cut line is off and discolored. I've sent several pictures and was told there is nothing that can be done??? I would not recommend surgery with this physician. Get another opinion. He never took before and pictures either. I do live 1.5 hours but always can attend appointment to discuss the surgery. He prefers to send pictures via cell rather than discussing personally in office. Not a good way to treat you

Dr Nassif believes he is right despite what you explain to him. There have been a few times Ive discussed an issue with him, only to have him disregard my needs and do the procedure his way, with poor and embarrassing? results.

Great doctor ! Love his personality.
