The most insensitive doc I've ever met. Treated my mom at hospital & never returned calls while my mom was there. My mom was on a ventilator & doc had the nerve to text to ask how we wanted to handle bcuz at that point my mom was dying. Text said "call hospital & speak to any ICU doc." Stay away from this so-called doctor or human for that matter. She should be re-trained to be a doctor & how to handle patients' families especially during this time as families are not allowed in hospitals. Would love for her to call me now that my mom has passed. Shame on you!

This doctor is very rude and always looks like she's having a bad day. I don't understand why someone like that would go into treating people. No one will trust you or even want to go back to you with such a bad attitude.

I have been going to Dr. De la Cruz for over three years & it has been the best thing ever. She patiently worked with me & my uncontrolled diabetes & at last bariatric surgery is what saved my life. Thanks for her, her knowledge & caring I’m alive. Almost 3 years later & 85 lbs less my diabetes is in remission (non-existing) I only take vitamins no more meds. Thanks to this life change I’m able to do the job I do & have the energy that I never thought I could. She’s awesome & amazing. She cares

I went in for a cough and she starts saying apparently my diet plan isnt working for me, and maybe I should consider bariatric surgery- told her to just treat my sickness and give me meds. How rude! Saw her in Bayonne at riverside. Never going back again.

This doctor is very rude, she is not courteous and doesn't seem to care about spending time listening to her patients. She has snotty attitude and she will not go far in her career if she keeps that way.

Dr. Flavia De La Cruz is an amazing doctor. She is very knowledgable, dedicated and professional, who seeks the best for the well being of her clients. She does emphasis on preventive medicine which i love, as well as addressing your chief complaint. She is very attentive and caring with her clients. You will appreciate the one- to- one time with her because you dont feel rushed and she answers all your questions. I highly recommend her to my family and friends and love that she is bilingual.
