Wouldn't Trade Him for Sliver Spoon!
I have been under his care starting three years for Multiple Myeloma. I have to confess the first two or three visits I was overwhelmed, confused, angry and I think I was actually blaming him for my disease! Stupid, I know, since he was the one who was trying to help me! After I came to grips with what I was facing I calmed down and actually started listening to him. Hindsight gave me so much insight. I developed a trusting relationship with him and his wonderful staff. My initial impressions were so wrong and I take full responsibility for that. Every appointment scheduled has been exact, very little waiting time, respectful, caring, compassionate and friendly. He and his staff has walked me through each stage of treatment and always leaves me with a since of hope both mentally and spiritually. I hate being sick, but I love my team of caretakers and that is half the battle!

My last visit I was not treated with respect.
It was definitely a waste of my time. He came in with assistant Tiffany was very rude due to a brief illness I had experienced. I had not ask him to treat it. Or assumed he would. She has left a huffy message on my answering machine extremely childish and unprofessional.prior to my visit which Prompted him to assume he should take action. There was no reason to come in to the room with Tiffany and behave in the way he did. Definitely strange left me feeling as as though I was on trial.the only reason for my call to his office in the first place is another Dr had said he believed it was carcinoid syndrome. It was blown away out of proportion I was in disbelief. He repeated himself as this I did not here him the first or second time.I guess my visit was for a scolding

Dr. Badin is caring, compassionate, and willing to do whatever is necessary for each patient. He works with a team of specialists and is able to find the best treatment, even when it might be different from "standard operating procedure". He absolutely saved my life! I recommend him without reservation. Thanks.

Dr. Badin is the most compassionate physician my husband and I have ever encountered. His knowledge of my husband's disease process and treatment options are on par with those of top ranked national cancer centers. There is not another oncologist that I would trust with the lives of my family members.

My wife was diagnosed with lung cancer February Feb.1st 2012 from the first day that we met Dr. Badin, not only did we feel comfortable, he told us that he would treat us if we were a member of his own family. He has done that and even more! I can honestly say along with my wife that he has been more comforting and personal than any doctor I have had a relationship in my 70+ years experience. He has not only tried to extend my wife's life he has more than amply tried to save it.

I found him to be impatient, argumentative, and ready to jump to negative conclusions without asking for clarification. Two appointments were all I could take. At the second one he stroked my hand and creeped me out. I do not recommend him to anyone who expects to be treated with kindness and respect.
