Talked to Dr. Park today. He gave my husband his cell phone number when he was first diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. He will be moving to Indiana. He said he kept his Indiana license because he always wanted to move back. Everything happened faster than he expected. He is very sorry that he is unable to talk to his patients because of legal reasons. However, he mentioned that Dr. Goodin, Dr. Toothaker, and the nurses are outstanding and will continue to provide outstanding care.

Church members recommended Dr. Park. We planned to go to Norton’s. However he won us over with his incredible dedication and caring personality. After chemo one day my sister was sick and taken into the hospital. Could not believe Dr. Park was in her hospital room at 10 pm to comfort her and hold her hand. Not many doctors like this anymore. Highly recommend.

The first time I met Dr. Park he made me cry. He told me that my cancer had returned. Tears flowed down my eyes as he handed me a Kleenex and held my hands. As I collected my thoughts I asked him what are we going to do. He looked in my eyes and said I have a plan and we will fight this together. Dr.Park gave me hope. He then said that he is my cancer doctor and he will take great care of me. It has been three months and my cancer is getting smaller. A wonderful doctor and an even better person.

Dr. Park has the best bed side manner of any physician I have ever had in my life. He sits down makes eye contact, asks me questions, and really listens to you! On top of that, he calls me at home to see how I am doing to check up on me if I had a bad day of chemo. He truly cares about me and I am lucky to have him as my cancer doctor.

Absolutely the BEST doctor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My wife has lung cancer and he has always responded to any and all questions we've asked and explained them in terms we understand. His knowledge and actions are superior. His enthusiasm has lifted my wife's spirits on many occasions and his concern for her well being is genuine. We need more doctor's with his qualities, skills and compassion.

Dr. Park was always available to answer any questions or concerns. He always responded to our needs regardless of the time of day. He made me feel like a priority. I have the utmost confidence in his ability to treat my ITP and in his professionalism. I was a patient of his at the WVU Cancer Center and when he left WVU to go to Louisville, he stayed in touch and gave me his contact information in case I had any issues. He is an extremely compassionate and caring physician.
