Dr. Ferdijackson Ramiro, MD

I saw Dr. Ramiro after being in two auto accidents. I felt both he and the nurse were rude at times throughout multiple visits. I had numerous issues with the notes he wrote down as well. It started to feel like he was purposely writing things in a manner that would be unfavorable to my claims process. His nurse was very short and unfriendly with me on multiple occasions as well. At one point I had gone to see a chiropractor on my own accord. He was obviously upset that I went outside his line of treatment which was basically just physical therapy. He pretended to not know anything about what the chiropractor was doing and acted like he’d never heard of half the procedures. I would seriously not recommend this doctor. I tried to see him for some other issues too and constantly got asinine and inept responses to the point where I could tell he had no clue what he was talking about, and I’m not even a doctor. I would highly suggest finding ANYONE else but this doctor.

I think it's unfortunate that some reviewers rated Dr. Ramiro one star because they can no longer be seen by the clinic because they are no call no shows. Almost all clinics practice this and they let you know at least 24 hours before about your appointment. Dr. Ramiro has been nothing but friendly, professional and thorough. I am recommending him to my husband too and he has an appt coming up as well. During my appt, Dr. Ramiro took the time to get to know me and after the appt, he made sure that he was able to address my questions and concerns. Thank you, Dr. Ramiro.

I have been going to Dr. Ramiro for 4 years as of July 2017. My treatment has always been fair and prompt. My concerns have been thoroughly investigated and addressed every time. I can see how some may not like that the office is very busy but I never felt rushed or short changed on time/attention. 10/10 - would recommend.

I saw him for an auto accident. He was rude as was his nurse. Constant problems and mixups with things at the Federal Way clinic yet he wanted to blame me. They set up appointments without me knowing and then blamed me for not showing up. Shouldn't you call the person after you fulfill an online schedule request? Tried contacting them via phone and they refused to answer back. I moved to another doctor because I got tired of his condescending attitude and refusal to take responsibility.

Dr Ramiro was my provider. I was supposed to get tested for industrial allergen but got tested for food allergen also. They said I agreed to both testing. Well, I did not. I was told by Dr Ramiro that I was being tested for only Industrial allergens only. I was mailed a $400 bill for both. We are tried to resolve the issue but to no avail. Clinic Manager Mary was also contacted but only laughed. Where are their values? CHI needs to correct this unprofessional act of laughing to your patients.

My name is Allen Keesling Dr. Ferdijackson A. was not only my Dr. He was our family Dr. My wife and 4 children when we lived in Federal Way Washington. We now live in Los Angeles California. But I truly feel and believe you could not find a more caring compassionate and thorough Dr. If you were to search all of Washington I am now 51 years of age we moved away 3 years ago. Dr. Romero is one of the best doctors I have ever had the privilege of knowing throughout my life. He will become a friend.
