Best Endocrinologist!
Dr. Khan is my Father’s endocrinologist for years and has helped my Dad’s diabetes for years. She is also my mother in-laws dr for her thyroid disease, my husband has recently seen her , and now also my endocrinologist. She’s caring , thorough takes her time with each visit and gives us all the ultimate care. My father and mother in-law being on Medicare plans have had problems with insurance and sometimes have had to change insurances there both first question is if dr khan takes that insurance they have had to change insurance just to keep seeing her . We love Dr khan !

The best, taking care of me for years!!!
I just want to say that Dr Fauzia Syed-Khan has been taking care of me for 15 years. For all these years she has been very attentive and caring for my needs. I have been to other doctors but none have treated me with the upmost care and personal attention as she has for all these years. I would certainly recommend her as your specialist as she is the best in the business. Other doctors do not treat their patients with the upmost respect and care. Very thoughtful and as the saying goes "down to earth". If anyone requires this specialty please take my advice and call her directly as she will take care of you to 100% satisfaction.

Would not recommend
I bring my mother to her appoinment. She never gets seen ontime. When you get to her clinic you have to wait 1-2 hour to get seen. Finally when someone takes you to the room, you will wait 30min to an hour to be seen by the doctor. I dont understand why the office gives such an early appoinment when the doctor wont be able to even see the patient within the hour. So dissappointed.

Dropped me as a patient for asking questions
I had high hopes when I was referred to Dr. Khan. After diagnosing me with hypothyroidism she prescribed me levothyroxine. Naturally I had many questions about my diagnosis and treatment plan. I expressed my fear of medication due to some traumatizing experiences in the past. I asked about supplements and anything that might interact with the medication. She was extremely rude whenever I asked questions and would say why’re you asking me this again, I keep repeating myself. After starting the medication I experienced side effects. I called the office for almost a month and left several messages about my side effects but no one called back. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone I was told that Dr. Khan decided she no longer wants me as a patient and that I should speak with my pcp. What kind of doctor prescribes medication, gets upset when the patient has questions, and then decides to stop treating the patient whom she prescribed the medication to? Horrible experience.

I am one of the most patient people you will ever meet, and I understand sometimes having to wait for doctors. This one takes it to another extreme though. My initial appointment took almost 2 1/2 hours for a blood test and basic screening questions. They left me waiting in the room so long I legitimately thought they forgot about me. Now I'm on my 3rd phone appointment followup call, where the doctor just doesn't call me! I have to call the office and they make some excuse for the doctor and schedule another appoint...where she probably won't call anyways.

I am very, very pleased with Dr. Khan. This woman is great! She is very knowledgeable, explains everything in detail, is patient and very compassionate. Her office staff is wonderful. It's not very often that you find a physician who spends a lot of time with their patients. I would strongly recommend her if you're looking for a more personalized experience with a doctor.

Dr. Syed-Khan literally explained from A to Z. My follow up appointment was also scheduled just a few days after my first visit which shows that they cater to their patients needs. My mom wanted to know what was going on and to my surprise, the doctor speaks Spanish. I highly recommend her if you fear you may have issues with your thyroid. Thankfully I'm clear but she'll help you if you indeed have issues.

She's the worst doctor anyone can see. I had seen her for myself and my mom, she has attitude, she would bully her patient and use bad manner if patient tries to understand her method or approach for treatment. She sticks to her computer and notepad, doesn't share what she's thinking, if I discuss an approach of treatment as an option, just to know if she recommends it, she says nothing, and starts treatment as I have mentioned, later if things goes wrong she blames me!
