1. Doc showed no enthusiasm about my substantial weight loss or my newly-achieved ideal A1C (6.5). 2. Doc told me there was little chance of my losing all the weight I needed to, or getting off further medication, even though I have already been able to discontinue insulin and glimepiride. 3. Doc wasted time criticizing my GI medication, which is not his province and is tantamount to calling a gastroenterologist's judgment into question. 4. Doc also criticized my water drinking, when all previous endocrinologists had urged me to step up the fluids since Jardiance is so dehydrating. 5. Doc is unduly obsessed with my meter readings.

The entire staff at this practice is friendly, patient and informative. This is the first practice in NY, after being seen by many, that each person I come in contact with, reception and nurses, are all so helpful. Dr. Bernstein himself gets straight to the point, his no nonsense attitude allows for efficient and thorough appointments. He is helpful and really takes a look at the whole picture, leaving me with every question answered. In addition, wait time is minimal. I would highly recommend

Fantastic! Of course, as you visit the office, you might get an impression that no one know or cares about how things are running in this facility. But, It's completely the opposite: From the Nurse to the receptionist and all the way to Doctor Bernstein, everyone knows exactly what they are doing, all professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating. As far as the Doctor himself, you will find an attentive, very knowledgeable and fully professional. You can trust this Doctor at 100% for h
