I cannot recommend this practice or this physician. They refuse to refill meds even after 6 calls in a 14 day period. The doctor was a no show on her video call and I was at the mercy of my PCP for refills. 7 days now without medically needed meds. When I finally got through to the office today, after the doctor missed our video appointment, I was on hold for over 45 mins and a staff member became frustrated at my despair over the situation, thus slamming the receiver down and hanging up on me. Still no meds. Still no response from the office or the doctor. I should've have done my due diligence and researched this doctor and read her reviews. It would've saved me a lot of time and heartache. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Read the reviews on the practices name. They speak to my review today.

As a new patient, like most, I was nervous to see a new doctor. However, Dr. Baloch is very professional and took the time to understand my concerns. She and her team are very welcoming and are doing a great job to protect their patients especially during this time of a pandemic. Since my appointment, I do trust in her and her team to look after my future health care needs.

Stay clear of this doctor. She is the worst of the worst. After my wife was a patient for over a year with an Autoimune issue and Dr. Baloch did nothing. We found another doctor that immediately started addressing her issues and this new doctor was amazed at what Dr. Baloch had not done and questioned heavily the meds she had prescribed. Dr. Balock only works parttime and is always in a hurry to get you out of the office. I think she is only interested in the insurance money and not your health.

Her bedside Manor was HORRIBLE, I was referred here by my spine doctor, because they are trying to be sure to rule out certain things, I drove 45 minutes for this doctor to basically profile me like a pill popper, legit and she kept saying we don't give out narcotics for chronic pain, I never asked! Horrible!

Dr. Baloch is my elderly mother doctor. She is okay. Due to her lack of bedside manners, it leads you to question her competency.
