Did NOT Have A Positive Experience
We had the complete opposite experience with Dr. Jalali compared to other positive reviews. We found him to be arrogant, defensive and impatient. Dr. Jalali spoke over us, he did not answer a single question, nor give a proper explanation on diagnosis or procedure. Even more concerning was that his after care notes did not accurately reflect what was spoken and took place bedside. We had him removed from our case at Saddleback Memorial.

Excellent colonoscopy
Made the procedure very easy. I have been told I have a difficult colon to navigate. He did the procedure smoothly, no pain, and very easy recovery. Removed several polyps. No after-effects. Updated me on results soon after. Would return to him.

Dr. Jalali is great. I contacted him for my mom’s complicated GI issues. He was very patient listening to our concerns. He also took his time explaining her condition, recommended a treatment plan & told us to call him back if there is any problem with her insurance approving a “ difficult to approve” drug. Professional & friendly doctor. I highly recommend him for anyone with GI issues.

Dr. Jalali took the time to discuss my symptoms, explain the procedures and answer any question I had. He even accommodated my special requests and went out of his way to make sure i had everything I needed. I highly recommend Dr. Jalali and his assistant Claudia.

Had an upper endoscopy performed by Dr. Jalali. Prior to the procedure, the doctor went over the process. On the day of the procedure, he came to my bedside to answer any questions I had about my symptoms. Very easy to talk to him.
