I have taken my son there multiple times for different reasons. Dr. Biyo comes in, barely looks at him and seems as if we are an inconvenience to her. I will try and explain my concerns to her, and she cuts me off and doesn't want to listen. She walks out in the hall and will say things with her back to me and not explain what she is saying. (HIPPA concerns as other patients/parents can hear) She is not friendly or inviting. She rushes the appt and then I leave with even more questions than before. So I take him to the urgent care to see what is wrong, and there really is problems. (Once it was double ear infections/once it was strep throat/once it was influenza type A) I mean if I were to have listened to her and ignored my own concerns, then he wouldn't have gotten the actual treatment that he needed. When told about the emergency room when he got the flu and the urgent care when he had strep, her response "they took your insurance? wow, & did you actually see the positive test?" smh

We have been going to Dr. Biyo for 5 1/2 years! We love her. She is so engaging, always takes time to answer our questions and respects when I choose a natural approach. Her office always calls and checks in when we have had anything more than a cold. I couldn’t be more happy!

Office staff was great, Dr.Biyo seems nice, but I'm not totally convinced. 95% of visit I was looking at her back! She kind of walks back on fourth out of the room while explaining things. She don't seem warm and and inviting, kind of cold and detached.
