Horrible Staff
Telehealth
This doctor’s office is led by a woman named Wendy. Wendy is extremely unprofessional and has no resolution skills. She makes this doctor, who in my experience is not horrible, look bad. Diana at the front desk is also rude and you have so many complaints on so many different sources that address it. Asked to speak with the office manager three times, when Wendy the office lead took it upon herself to call me instead. Wendy did nothing but escalate my frustrations with this office and now my daughter is unable to complete necessary therapy’s without having to see ANOTHER provider first. There were diagnosis made on my child that I was never informed of until after Wendy terminated our patient relationship because I complained about not being heard. I’ve yet to hear back from anyone with a real reason aside from being frustrated (who wouldn’t be when you were supposed to send a note Thursday and here it is Monday and it still wasn’t sent then you have to deal with Diana’s attitude)

Absolutely not
Staff at this location is terrible and inattentive. They next answer the phone. If you have a special needs child they do not work with you or accommodate you. Doctor refused to see my son and ended up having to cancel a necessary dental surgery because of it. Save yourself the trouble find a different doctor.

The nurse practitioners provide care at this clinic and they were wonderful. The office seems understaffed and the referral/prescription department is completely inept. I waited 5 months for them to get any of the prescriptions or referrals completed correctly before switching to a different doctor's office where it was done WITHIN A WEEK. This prescription/referral department couldn't get a single thing right for my daughter.

Dr Khaira and his staff are amazing! From the first day he met my daughter at the hospital (well-baby check up 1 day old) he was professional and very caring. He explained everything in plain language (not medical jargon) . I felt very comfortable. He’s been both my children’s doc for over 7 years.
