Do not go to this physician
Dr. Gray was trying to remove a “spot” from inside my ear canal. She was rough, pulling on my ear causing me extreme pain. So severe that she damaged the cartilage and my ear is now DEFORMED. It is evolving into a cauliflower ear, and is very obvious. I went to the office and showed her, and she suggested that I go to a plastic surgeon. My suggestion is: Do Not go to this doctor, find someone else.

It Cost Nothing to be Kind!
Doctor Gray's office staff was kind and friendly. Doctor Gray was cold and aloof. I didn't go to her to make friends, but I believe her demeanor could be very off-putting to some patients. Kindness costs nothing and takes no extra time!

Horrible bedside manners
Went to this doctor for tonsil stones and nasal &septum damage, she was very abrupt and dismissive. Came off as if I was a bother to her and wasting her time As if she is superior and I was lucky to be in her presence. She didn’t want to hear or see any of the pictures or paperwork I had brought. She spent all about maybe five minutes with me. Told me that she couldn’t do anything about the stones that I wasn’t already doing (trying to push them out on my own while attempting not to throw up from gagging) so she wasn’t going to bother. Absolutely zero empathy or bedside manners . She was very judgmental and belittling . I walked out of her office in tears feeling worthless to say the least. Would NOT recommend if this was the last ENT around. She was also very rough & insensitive while carelessly examining my nose and throat. Extremely unethical

Deeply Disappointed
My general practitioner referred me to this “specialist “ who performed the same tests as my gp, what is the purpose of a specialist? She spent all of 5 minutes with me and could not offer a diagnosis. Very disconcerting.

While she was in Suffolk VA, I had her perform a surgery on me. Not only does she have terrific surgical skills, she also treats patients with respect. I hated it when she left.

I have been to see Dr. Gray on two separate occasions for two different concerns. It was obvious to me that she is a very good ENT. She helped an issue I had been dealing with in regards to allergies with a different ENT of the local area in a matter of 2 visits as opposed to the passed 5 years. I would definitely recommend this Doctor.

Though she may be a good doctor, she is not personable at all. I felt like she did not explain the procedure or what to expect afterwards. If you’re an adult patient then I’m sure you can get what you need out of the appointment and be on your way. But for a child to have a procedure done, not knowing how it would feel or anything else, and not have the doctor say “hang in there almost done” or “you’re doing good” is a problem. And to think she was recommended by AI DuPont children’s hospital.
