Dr. Esther Alonso, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Alonso for over 10 years, she is always very patient and listens to my concerns. I would definitely recommend her as a great physician.

I have been going to this office for quite a few years and was very happy with their services until 2020. I don't know what happened with this office but their services are horrible especially have gotten bad in 2021. First, they never answer the phone and when they do answer you get transferred to a voicemail. They take a 2 hour lunch every day so the office is closed from 12 - 2 pm. I have never seen the doctor since 2020, I only see the PA. Recently I requested a referral to get a mammogram and they used to give these referrals right away, now after multiple phone calls I was able to request it a week ago and still don't have it, when I call to find out the status of the referral they transfer me to a voicemail. I have to go through the same tedious process to get a refill for my medication.

I will recommend that someone choose another office. My mother was a supposed patient of Dr Alonso, whoever she is. We never met her. She only seemed available to make referral decisions about my mother (which were mostly denials) who had lymphoma. She wanted to send her to a facility that has had multiple lawsuits brought against them to receive treatment (and ONLY that one). I found out that the HMO my mom was on allows the primary doctor to contract with a facility. I decided to change my mothers insurance. The staff are rude and actully lied to my face about something I had proof of. Please go elsewhere, or take your loved one elsewhere. I would not take my pet here.

Never met the doctor, for new patient evaluation had to see a PA. Her office staff are VERY RUDE!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Alonso for over 5 years. I recommend her to all friends and family as she treats you as family. I like the lab within the office. No need to get lab work elsewhere and can provide an EKG in office. Like the one stop shop. I like the fact she is genuinely concerned about your health questions and does not rush you out of the examination room. She is thorough and always asks about my family. Love her!

I have been going to Dr. Alonso for over ten years and she is the most thorough, intelligent and kind family practice physician that I have ever been to. I am terrified of physicians but I feel so extremely comfortable with her. I feel like I can tell her anything. Therefore, she has always been able to help me with my health problems. I no longer live ten minutes away from her but I drive for about an hour to see her. I would go across the country just for my physicals because she is amazing!

There aren’t even enough characters allowed to describe how incredibly rude her staff are. They are ultimately why I will never go back to this physician. My first appointment gave me the feeling that Dr. Alonso wasn’t very thorough or receptive as she tried to convince me my recurring ingrown toenails (confirm by multiple podiatrists) were from pedicures, which I tried to tell her I had not had in years. It's like she can't wait to get out of the room as soon as possible. And even when she's "listening" to you, it seems like she can't wait for you to finish talking.

you are the rudest person not even a Dr. Dr. is suppose to help you. I do not understand how you even have a title of Dr. I'm sure other people feel the same way You treat people bad. Don't care attitude. What a waist, sorry that you are in that group and the medical field because you do not make a difference.
