I had my initial visit with Dr. Carvalho. He listened to my concerns and gave me a very thorough physical exam. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant.I would highly recommend him.

After months of bouncing between ER visits, specialists, and unanswered questions, we finally found Dr. Carvalho, and it was the turning point in my dad’s care.From the very first visit, he took the time to listen, asked the right questions, and looked at the whole picture — not just one symptom or one diagnosis. My dad has complex medical needs: dizziness, head heaviness, weight loss, weakness, and severe deconditioning after cancer treatment. Dr. Carvalho reviewed all of my dad’s medications, recent scans, symptoms, and even his day-to-day quality of life.He explained everything clearly, answered our questions without rushing, and most importantly, treated my dad like a person, not a list of problems. His clinical insight, and calm presence showed us something we hadn’t seen in a long time: COMPETENCE

I wish I could give more than 10 stars to dr. Paulo Carvalho.Very professional and you can tell he have a lot of experience. I been living in Miami for the last 16 years and I never had a experience like this before. Spent most of time reviewing irrelevant nonsense instead of doing what he as a doctor should have been doing. Diagnosing what was wrong with me. Only later realised he has only been a geriatrician for a very short while and needs a lot more actual medical experience. Have to waste time now going to an experienced Geriatrician.
