We went to see Dr. Yoo because my 11-year old’s ear was clogged up and hurting. Dr. Yoo was one of the most friendly doctors I have ever met. She made my daughter feel comfortable and safe, and explained every step of the ear examination process to her. I have nothing but great things to say about our visit.

Dr. Yoo was very thorough and paient with me. Listening carefully to my concerns and explaining her diagnosis. I had both telemedicine and in person appointments with her. She treated the whole person. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Yoo was amazing with my children! She was so patient with them. She explained everything and gave me a ton of useful information going forward. My children felt better in 2 days! I now skip the pediatrician's office and go straight to my pediatric ENT.

After I used Dbrox to remove ear wax, the drops I put in got stuck. I started losing hearing and having ringing in my ear. I even had earache. It was very fortune that Dr. Yoo was available to see me next morning at 9am. She examined my ears and removed a lot of wax from my ears using micro suction. I was able to hear right away. Dr. Yoo explained what have happened to me after I used Debrox and told me I should never use Q-tip. Dr. Yoo is very professional and I highly recommend her.

She was terrible with my daughter. I've never heard my eight year old scream in pain. She has a very high pain tolerance. The doctor would not stop the procedure. I had to take my daughter from the chair and walk out. I couldn't believe she listed Pediactic as a subset of her specialities.
