Dr. Mondrow has been my physician for 15 years, and I am lucky to have him. I can ALWAYS depend on him to answer my questions promptly, via email or phone call. The concierge aspect of this practice is outstanding- need an apt? - get in the next day, have a pressing issue? call his cell phone anytime ( and he answers- ANYTIME ) His approach is personalized and caring. The office is located in Avista Hospital, which is convenient for any needed tests. This is a well rounded, kind & caring staff.

Great practice up until this year. While the level of care seems OK, the main focus is get 'em in, out, and figure out a way to bill as much as possible. Back office non-responsive; no responses via Portal; calls not returned. Everything requires an appt in order for them to get $. Ask a question in a physical - that's another charge (b/c the question was never responded to in the Portal). Was a patient for 14 years but they no longer care about patients, only $.

Exceptional care. Knowledgeable, Dr. Mondrow’s thorough observation and exploration into my history made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Very professional and curtious office staff. He uses easy to understand verbiage for a non medical person. Appointments run on time or early. Highly recommend him.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mondrow's for more than 10 years. He is truly exceptional. Incredibly detail oriented, persistent and communicates very well with other doctors. He's helped me many times after hours or on weekends, whether filling a prescription or responding to an unexpected ER or urgent care visit. In every emergency, I've been able to make an appointment the same day I called. His charts are very detailed, and his concierge practice is exceptional.

This is the type of Doctor Erik Mondrow is: we moved away from the area 6 years ago, and I recently needed medical records. I emailed his office to ask for them, mentioned that my illness had progressed. That night, I received a call from him, asking after me! He cares, in a way that many physicians simply don't--I would recommend him to anyone, and I am thankful that I was able to be under his care, even for the short duration I was. He has renewed my faith in the practice of medicine.

I have been with this office for over 10 years and it has really gone downhill. This is not an office that gives ANY priority to patient concerns, but, is only a money making machine. What was once easy, has become an ordeal under the nurse practitioners in the office who are trained only to generate revenue for the office. The nurse practitioners are poorly educated, poorly trained, and make it clear that their priority is finding reasons to require you to give money to the office.
