The staff was professional and pleasant and friendly, Dr Erica Giblin was wonderful she was very pleasant professional friendly and got right to the point and schedule me to be followed up on a regular basis concerning my condition and she put at ease that I was in good hands.

Dr. Giblin is wonderful. Though I was very worried, she is always kind and caring. She presents the facts clearly and concisely.

Dr. Giblin spent over an hour and a half explaining my cancer diagnosis and treatment to 3 members of my family. She answered every question, no rush, no nonsense. I am very grateful to have her as my doctor and relieved to be in her care. Stephanie, her nurse navigator is also exceptional.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer last year I was thankfully referred to Dr. Giblin. She is knowledgeable and always talks through things clearly to help you make the best decision for your care. I trust her judgement with my medical treatment and feel very supported by both her and her staff!

Being told you have cancer is a scary place to be. Dr. Goblin made me feel safe and explained the disease and the processes to come in layman's terms. All of my questions were answered in her explanation. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Office errors resulted in cancellation of TWO consecutive appts for me. I was not notified of either notification and showed up to the office as scheduled. Dr Giblin refused to see me. I pleaded with them each time, noting how hard it was for me to get time off work for appts, how I had already taken off twice for these appts, and how as a 33 yr old diagnosed with breast cancer last year, I was concerned about an enlarged lymph node I had found on my cancer side, as well as a rice sized lump on my implant. Despite being notified of all this (and me sobbing in the office), Dr Giblin again refused to see me. Would hope for a little more compassion and empathy from a person that makes their living with cancer patients. I have now wasted a month of time which, God forbid this be a recurrence, could have been spent on treatment, or, if it’s not a recurrence, could have been a welcome relief from severe anxiety.

Dr Giblin is very professional while being very friendly, approachable and compassionate. She explains everything in detail and welcomes questions. I felt very comfortable the entire visit.

I met Dr Giblin yesterday. She didn’t know but I promise you it was the job interview for my life. I had a list of other local breast surgeons I was going to go through until I found the right one. She got the job. She will be my surgeon. I felt confident with her knowledge, plan, and the team she built for me. Everything was explained clearly and she left no stone unturned or any question unanswered. If everything goes as well as this first appointment, there is no doubt I will be a survivor.
