Dr.Eric Weinshel has been my oncologist for at least 15 years. He has ALWAYS been professional, ALWAYS listened to my concerns, ALWAYS worked with me concerning my illness. We are always greeted with a smile, and when my lab results show improvement, an even bigger smile! We work TOGETHER in figuring out the treatment path I take. In my opinion, he is the best in the area of Oncology. He is also my husbands oncologist, so he has helped us both immensely. I would recommend him to anyone I know needing an oncologist, and I have!

Dr. Weinshel provides the best care I have ever received, and as my oncologist, he leads my health path with complete confidence from me and my family. Whenever we meet, he has carefully studied the scans, spoken with surgeons about their opinions, and shares with me what options we have and the risk/reward of each. I'm blessed to have the best in town! Amazing!

Dr Weinshel has cured my esophagus,stomach and has shrunk my liver cancers(all stage 4) to a point where I get a break from Chemo. This is a true miracle..

I find MN Onc always smooth and professional and patient friendly, from making appts to the front desk, nurses and Dr Weeinshel. Dr Weinshel, in particular is A+ as a doctor and caring person.

Dr. Weinshal had a direct, yet compassionate approach to my treatment plan. I have had Dr. Weinshal as my oncologist for going on 8 years now. I am an 8 year, Stage 3a,ER+, HER2+ breast cancer survivor. I trust him with my life and would recommend him to anyone. He has a great sense of humor which keeps things real when dealing with cancer. I respect and appreciate everything about time under his care.

The time i has with Dr. Weinshel was very limited. During the appointment the Dr. took 2 telephone calls where he left the room. Questions that had risen because of the information I received that day was cut short leaving me with the feeling of incomplete information.

When we learned of my husband's low blood counts, Dr. Weinschel fit us into his schedule. He immediately scheduled a bone marrow test, gave us a diagnosis and had my husband admitted to the hospital that day. We believe he saved my husband's life. My primary care doctor highly recommended him for my immune disorder; I am very pleased with his treatment. We're both very grateful for his care.

In my opinion this man is a robot with zero empathy - if you want a “lay it on line and tell it like it is” kind of doctor, followed by no encouragement or sympathy, he’s your guy
