The tech horrific. She used wrong size mask my nose hurt for 2 weeks after arguing with me the whole time that I was wrong on all my previous sleep endeavors. I almost left the study she was so mean. I could not breathe on the settings she tried. I was forced to labor to breath without sleep for 3 hours. She didn’t let me have air for 3 hours. It was actually quite painful. My chest hurt for 2 weeks after. If this dr allows this kind treatment to his patients he gets 1 star from me. These people are not nice at all. Go somewhere else.

Over a year ago I was referred to UBMD for sleep issues. From that referral I waited at least 4 months for my initial apt. Once seen, I was given a referral for an overnight sleep study, which was then denied by my insurance as it lacked the supporting at-home preliminary study. Then, I was not able to reach my UBMD physician (I left two voicemail messages, there where never returned) to have them place the new order. Eventually I got the at home study ordered by my primary doctor, but when calling UBMD to follow up from the results of that study, they order a CPAP study that was denied by insurance again! When I again contacted UBMD to rectify the request, they told me I had to wait for my follow up apt a month away. On arriving to that apt, they refused to see me as I was 20 minutes late. (I called ahead, as I was stuck behind an accident). So after a year of struggling with my sleep, I am still waiting for treatment. I have decided to seek another provider.

Absolutely amazing physician. Truley takes the time to make sure that your appt and possible procedure are easy and not at all uncomfortable. My sleep apnea is under control due to his findings and now I sleep like a baby and I'm happier and my wife is happier. Which literally is all that matters
