He was the worst Dr I ever saw. I kept getting pneumonia. He wasn't treating me properly and finally stated " I have tunnel vision because you smoke." He listened to my lungs and said they were fine. The next day I went to the er and was admitted to the hospital for 8 days with pneumonia and congestive heart failure from constant pneumonia. I could have died. He also made me wait over an hour before seeing me and asked me why I looked distressed.

Dr Pietrantoni is a highly competent & knowledgeable pulmonologist. He is very kind & caring. His staff is courteous, efficient understanding, and prompt. I have been his patient for @15 years. Several members of my family have also been patients of Dr Pietrantoni and have had positive outcomes. I have always a reasonable turnaround time when I have phoned in. I am very glad Dr Pietrantoni is my doctor!

Dr. Pietrantoni is an outstanding physician. He is a person who explains your condition, makes suggestions and discusses with you what is best for you. He is very knowledgeable and if you ask about a certain med and he knows that is not a good choice he lets you know and makes other suggestions. He is very interested in your ability to afford tests and if your insurance covers certain meds. He gives you options based on that info so you can help decide what is best for you. No unnecessary tests!
