Dr. Eric Snyder, MD

I came to this E.N.T. practice on Aug.16 ,2024. Dr. Snyder was very professional, caring, thorough, friendly and pleasant to deal with. He uncovered the root of the problem that was causing my mysterious head, ear and neck pain. We together discovered that the random, stabbing pains were due to a face injury to the Mandible bone from a fall sustained nine months prior. His review of my history, tests , prior treatments , my description coupled with his expertise, experience, thoughtfulness and determination to help me with my dilemma- gave me peace of mind. I'm SO GLAD I saw him-his diagnosis from my history coupled with my CT scan accomplished what many doctors from Munson hospital and my family practice could not. I Highly recommend Dr. Snyder for your ear nose and throat doctor. He CARES.

Really bad bedside manner. No eye contact. Seemed annoyed practicing his job. Needs a new profession.

Excellent communication, extremely knowledgeable, very compassionate, attention to detail, and just an all around great human and physician.

Dr Snyder is an excellent surgeon, thorough doctor, caring about the needs of his patients.

Took my young daughter in for chronic nose bleeds. He says he is applying medicine to help it heal while he chemically cauterized her nose. He actually destroyed the tissue on the outside of her nose. Her little nose will never look the same. Find a different doctor. I wish I had. He isn't for to practice.

Took my young adult son for care. Snyder spoke in medical terminology and was visibly annoyed with questions to clarify what he was saying. He kept referencing a treatment option which he wouldn't recommend. When asked why we were discussing it if it wasn't recommended, he literally rolled his eyes and said he "assumed" it's the treatment we wanted to pursue. Assumed?! Really?! He never smiled once and barely made eye contact. All other personnel were fantastic! Thorough, professional and nice

Dr. Snyder may be a competent doctor but his bedside manner will have me going elsewhere for the surgery he suggested. He could not even look me in the eye as we spoke. If he doesn't care enough to really connect and communicate with his patients, I can't imagine putting myself in his hands.

Excellent diagnostic performance ... excellent care ...was able to explain another physicians misinterpreted diagnosis from another facility without demeaning or degrading the other physician. We drove 3 hours to see Dr Snyder . We would easily drive even further for his expertise. Very professional and well trained in his field of expertise.

I was very sick for several months before I saw Dr. Snyder and was very thankful I was refered to him . He is very professional and very clear with his communication. I ended up needing surgery and felt very safe, with no complications, and healed nicely . I would recommend him to anyone.
