At my consultation he said I probably just have to live with it. I had to ask him to look at my past CT. After he did that he recommended surgery. The patient shouldn't have to tell the dr where to look. I was told I would have no visible scars or cuts after surgery. I have a cut on my septum and a burn on the outside of my nose where they accidentally touched me with the cauterizing tool. Scar tissue also built up so my airway is more obstructed than before. After the surgery i got paperwork that said no blowing my nose for 3 weeks. This led to a bad infection and me missing work, and having to go on serious antibiotics. At my 3 week checkup I asked if I could finally blow and I was told ''yes of course, you could have done that after a week" I lost time at work and busted up my stomach on stronger antibiotics due to not receiving this info and having incorrect care instructions documented and handed to me. My burn on the outside of my nose constantly tears and bleeds to this day.

Dr is great, staff is horrible

I came to Dr. Christensen with a swelling sensation in my throat, he diagnosed me with hashimotos and the swelling and itchiness continued, I do not feel that he took all the needed steps to figure out what was really causing this sensation, he told me that I should have my thyroid removed, I trusted him and I went through with the surgery which I highly regret. It was unneeded, I am now being treated for allergies which was the main cause of the swelling in my throat by a different ENT.
