Unprofessional
Awful experience. Was rushed and treated rudely, cold demeanor. Had to wait over 30 minutes to be taken back to the exam room, and then Emily Stevens said we wouldn’t be able to do the full appointment since I was late, when I had in fact been 10 minutes early for my appointment time. Uncaring, flippant about my concerns. She makes you feel like you’re just an inconvenience to her.

Dr Emily Stevens giving full body check
Dr. Steven's was very throrough in examining and explaining details. She offered suggestions about sunscreen and skin care that were helpful and some were new information I didn't know. She has a pleasant and professional manner.

Very pleased
I was so nervous because I had never seen a dermatologist before and I had some worrisome spots. Everyone at the practice made me feel comfortable and calm. I am really glad I found this doctor and practice.

I will not be going back
I didn't reschedule. The doctor seemed very annoyed by me and my questions. To compare, I saw a different doctor at a different practice beforehand, and they were so friendly and welcoming and nice. I did not feel that way at all here, no one was inviting or friendly, and just made me feel bad about myself.

High throughout - no time for patients
I’ve been going to Dr. Stevens for years. She was always attentive and listened to me. This time she was rude, had no time for me, not thorough, I left without clear understanding, she rushed me so I felt uncomfortable asking questions and she made me feel that my questions were invalid. It was a waste of my time but hey - she got my money. I won’t return here

First visit and reaction.
Her manner is a bit brisk and hurried. Very linear personality. My questions were put aside repeatedly, to be answered at the end rather than a dynamic interchange during the visit.

Great experience
This was my first visit and I was very impressed. Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurse was friendly, helpful and very competent. I would highly recommend Dr. Stevens, she is easy to talk to plus she is a great doctor. I am confident my care is in great hands.
