Yearly skin check
Requested an upper body skin check. Dr. Lillis completed and checked my requested areas. Answered my questions about my skin exposure issues and froze some suspected spots on my face. Could have elaborated more on the nature of the frozen spots. Felt comfortable that I had a quality check.

Excellent Experience
Dr. Lillis and his team did a fantastic job taking care of a recent skin cancer diagnosis. The staff is extraordinarily friendly. The facility is excellent. Dr. Lillis is a skilled surgeon. The entire experience exceeded expectations. A big shoutout to his assistant Danielle for her excellent care.

UNPROFESSIONAL
I went to see Dr Lillis for a complete skin test. I have been sufferingbfro ecezema for about a yr. I wanted to have a complete skin check. The nurse called me backband asked a few questions and then handed me a gown. The doctor came in the room about 10 min later. He saud yoir name is Joseph and my name is Joseph. Then he asked me a qyestion and then sa8d I think our next step should be patch testing. "You can get dresseed now" WHAT? i have some questions and I have a few skin tags. He said let me see. So I showed him and he said i will freeze them. He cane back in the room in abiut 10 sec,froze the 2 tags and repeated his desire to do patch testing. He saud you can get dressed and they can get you scheduled. I was in the room with him about 8 min tops. He never looked at ny skin or gave any instructions about the skin taga he just froze. His only goal was to get to commit to spend $800 on patch testing plus my copays 3 @ $60,ea. Totally unprofessional.

Did yearly cancer screening as I have done for years. Dr. Lillis just looked at upper body, unlike previous doctors who checked the entire body. Subsequently tried to pay the bill online, but that would not work. Then tried to call the office to pay bill, but nobody answered all day on a weekday. Not impressed at all. Not returning.

I had a serious condition and Dr. Lillis squeeze me in after normal hours. He also provided sample meds to insure their effectiveness prior to my having to purchase them.
