Dr. Elodi Dielubanza, MD

Dr. Dielubanza is one of the best doctors I've ever had. I struggled with recurring UTIs for a few years and was at my wit's end. During the first appointment I had with Dr. Dielubanza, she sat down with me and we talked through my entire history with these UTIs to try to find a solution. I did a lot of research and came in with a lot of questions, and she was so patient with me and answered each one with facts and data. Once I started her recommended treatments, I had one breakthrough UTI across two years. Before seeing her, I had TWO UTIs in SIX WEEKS! I still follow the regimen she gave me and am grateful to have had a doctor who took me seriously and didn't just throw some meds at me to get the problem to go away. She wanted to get to the root issue and we did. I'm sad she moved from Boston but am so glad to have had her as a doctor when I was going through such a horrible health period!

I found Dr. Dielubanza to be AMAZING. I had a rare complication from an unrelated surgery that brought me to her. She was thorough and reassuring, providing me care that left me feeling taken care of. Looking back, I don't know if I would have had as successful a recovery if it weren't for her.

I had visited a urologist in the past without effective results. This physician took the care and steps needed to address all of my concerns. Feel lucky I found her!

Dr. Dielubanza has been absolutely great to me. Super informative, respectful, kind caring and patient. I haven’t had any issues with communication, in fact the amount of dedication by her and staff has helped ease the anxiety that can come with having health issues. If I call, her assistant always gets back to me with an answer and suggestions from the Dr. If I reach out on patient gateway I get a response- also it’s noted that response on patient gateway may take 24/48 hours but I usually get a response way sooner. Meeting in office or virtually both have gone flawlessly and she has provided optimal care in both situations, it has been a reassuring experience. Having had procedures done by the doctor has changed my quality of life for the better, having that alone has made me forever grated. I am blessed to have your level of skill working in my favor. Pleasant and compassionate would be how I would describe my experience with my Doctor and her lovely staff/ assistant.

She was exceptional.

Condescending. On top of that, I had a raging UTI in October, I had to read my own results through a portal, see the bacteria levels myself, then pester her/her nurse to put me on a med!! She never recommended a follow up specimen. Turns out I now have a kidney infection due to this UTI that never cleared. Thank god I found another doctor who is concerned and takes good care of me.

Like the prior reviewer said, I found Dr. Dielubanza to be moody, and confident to the point of cockiness, even arrogance. She rarely answers questions asked thru patient portal, nor by telephone requests posed to her staff. Communication - and therefore care- is stalled and conditions can worsen while waiting for the courtesy of an answer. You do a lot of chasing to be acknowledged. Something is very wrong with the way she works, as she can be very helpful when she wants to, and then disappears on you. Don’t take the chance on this temperamental doctor who might put you in limbo and jeopardize your health!
