When to Dr. Pan recently for an eye check up, which I haven’t had one for many years. Maybe because of COVID the office wasn’t crowded, checking process was about 10min. Did a couple of test( vision, a machine that took a picture of the back of my eye) and off to see the doctor. She came it with a smile on her face, asked why I came in for a checkup, after my checkup she told me my occasional eye burning was because of the daily contact use, she prescribed it some eye drop to lubricate my eyes. Change my contact lens prescription and that’s about it. Will definitely see her again

My now 94 year old mother was under Dr. Pan’s care for 4 years. She was struggling with her sight; experiencing halos around objects, unable to see facial features, problems with depth perception, color, size, location...the list goes on and on. Dr. Pan dismissed my mother’s plea for help and explained all these difficulties as normal age related occurrences. My mother trusted her expertise, and now we come to find out she has wet macular degeneration in one eye, and dry in the other. She has to have painful injections in her eye. However, her sight is permanently damaged. Dr. Pan should lose her license. She has destroyed my mother’s quality of life. PLEASE DO NOT USE DR. PAN!

I accompanied my young adult son to this initial appointment with Dr. Pan. Her assistant tested him. The wait until he saw Dr. Pan was 1 & 1/2 hrs. When Dr. Pan eventually saw him, she did a very quick exam & said something about maybe a problem with his retina (what?) & had another assistant do testing for that. She said based on the testing (which I'm assuming she can bill for!) there is no problem with his retina & also no need for a new prescription for glasses. My son said, "But I'm not seeing (distance ) that I used to see". Dr. Pan said, "well, your prescription hasn't changed, so you should see a retinal specialist. I said, "why should he see a retinal specialist if you say there's nothing wrong with his retina?" Who else thinks this was complete nonsense??? Dr. Pan acted irritated when we couldn't understand her rationale for recommending a retinal specialist, claimed we were "going around in circles" & left the room. We wasted 2 hours there. I call scam!!!

Nice office staff, but I will never see this woman again. So rude, would not let me speak, literally snapped her fingers at me while I was talking to her, as if to say, Come on, you're not talking fast enough. Went in there with a serious problem that required background and explanation, and was rushed out. She dismissed me like I was nothing.
